Biography
Heather is s costume artist, performer, and wearer of many hats. Her creations are inspired by her studies of the history of costume, textiles, fashion, and cinema. With a flair for drama, narrative, and absurdity, she creates and embodies looks ranging from black light historical to futurist couture.
