Heather is a costume artist, milliner, party theorist, filmmaker, executive leader, and transdisciplinary artist. Her artistic work fuses costume, film, dramatic writing, performance, and social practice art. She has created, written, and produced theatrical experiences for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Chashama, the High Line, the New Museum’s Ideas City, and FIGMENT. She has worked in the fields of film, culture, fashion, technology, and advocacy. She holds an MPA from Columbia University, an MA in Transdisciplinary Art, Culture and Practice from NYU, a BFA in Film and Television from NYU, as well as millinery certificate from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
